With the continued support of the university and the wider community, the Department of Music has consistently enhanced its facilities and resources to provide students with an outstanding learning environment.

In 2001, the department relocated from Sun Yat-sen Hall to its current home in the College of Liberal Arts Building. The building features a wide range of professional facilities, including a recording studio, early music classroom, orchestra and choir rehearsal rooms, popular music ensemble room, and computer music classroom. In addition, students have access to numerous practice rooms, extensive music scores, and audiovisual resources to support their artistic and academic development.
